We're looking for a Partner Success Manager who can help grow revenue, strengthen relationships, and make sure opportunities never fall through the cracks.

The Role

You will manage relationships with both buyers and sellers.

Your job is to help buyers purchase more leads, help sellers send more leads, solve problems quickly, and identify growth opportunities.

You will be one of the most important people in the company.

This is not a customer support role.

This is not a data entry role.

This is a growth and relationship management role.

Responsibilities
Manage Buyer Relationships
  • Build strong relationships with buyers
  • Help buyers increase lead volume
  • Monitor buyer activity and performance
  • Reactivate inactive buyers
  • Resolve issues quickly
Manage Seller Relationships
  • Build strong relationships with sellers
  • Help sellers increase lead volume
  • Monitor seller performance
  • Reactivate inactive sellers
  • Identify growth opportunities
Protect Revenue
  • Monitor accounts daily
  • Identify accounts that are slowing down
  • Figure out why volume is decreasing
  • Contact accounts immediately
  • Build plans to recover lost revenue
  • Escalate issues when necessary
Reporting & Organization
  • Keep HubSpot organized and up to date
  • Track buyer and seller activity
  • Maintain accurate account records
  • Provide daily and weekly updates
  • Identify risks and opportunities
Daily Expectations

Every day you should know:

  • Which buyers can purchase more volume
  • Which sellers can send more volume
  • Which accounts are slowing down
  • Which accounts need attention
  • Which opportunities can increase revenue

When revenue drops, action is expected immediately.

You are expected to investigate the issue, contact the account, propose solutions, and drive resolution.

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building ability
  • Highly organized
  • Comfortable with data and spreadsheets
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Strong AI skills (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
