- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through farming, renewals, and expansion
- Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and, where applicable, new logo acquisition (BD + KAM scope)
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers via consultative selling
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits; maintain strong field/client-facing presence
- Use CRM, pipeline reporting, and sales analytics to track performance and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that improve client hiring outcomes and retention
Anforderungsprofil
- 2-3+ years experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (client-facing)
- Exposure to enterprise / high-value accounts is highly preferred (credit-based or subscription models a plus)
- Open to candidates from e-commerce, tech, fintech, SaaS, telco, or other digital industries.
- Strong competencies: consultative selling, communication & influence, analytical thinking, problem-solving, resilience
- Comfortable with full onsite work in BGC and frequent client visits/fieldwork
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot or similar) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certifications: not required; sales/CRM certifications are an advantage
