Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Tarlac City. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction with SAFC's financial services. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, developing strategies to meet client goals, analyzing account performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and achieving target sales and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management skills
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development experience
  • Analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams for service delivery and problem resolution
  • Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, including report generation and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial services or lending industry is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Tarlac City
