This role is for the organized strategist who loves the technical side of production but thrives on building strong client relationships. If you are a proactive communicator who can coach a host through their first recording and then analyze their growth metrics the next day, we want you on our team.

The Role: What You Will Do
- Lead the Onboarding Journey: Conduct discovery calls to define podcast identity and recommend names/branding.
- Technical Directing: Coach clients on high-quality recording setups, microphone choices, and software tools.
- Strategic Branding: Collaborate with designers to ensure every show has a visual identity that aligns with the client's vision.
- Logistics & Guest Management: Oversee guest coordination, scheduling, and post-recording follow-ups to keep shows on track.
- Operations & CRM: Help clients integrate interview calendars and social media tools with their CRM systems.
- Performance Analysis: Deliver performance reports, analyze podcast metrics, and lead review calls to identify growth areas.
- Creative Input: Occasionally step in to interview clients on their own podcasts to help drive engaging content.
- Process Optimization: Use and improve established SOPs to ensure every show is optimized for major platforms.
Who You Are
- Fluent in English (Native proficiency is a major plus).
- Highly responsive with a get things done attitude.
- Tech-savvy and capable of learning new software platforms quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for client success and long-term show growth.
- Organized and communicative, even in a fast-paced remote environment.
Compensation and Growth
- Starting Salary: $1,300 per month.
- Growth Path: Potential for salary increases based on hitting KPIs and providing exceptional value.
