Job Overview
As a Senior HR Manager, you will serve as the strategic architect of the organizations people operations, reporting directly to the HR and Admin Director and the Chief Operating Officer. This role bridges executive leadership and departmental execution, driving excellence in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee experience.
You will also lead and manage multiple HR teams to deliver high-impact programs and people strategies across the organization. In close coordination with all department heads, this role ensures timely talent provision and continuous workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to build high-performing teams and sustainable talent pipelines
- Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and define critical competencies for future hiring
- Lead the selection of recruitment tools and technology-driven processes
- Manage external recruitment partnerships and networks to expand talent sourcing reach
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates
Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD)
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs covering technical upskilling, editorial development, and leadership growth
- Conduct organizational assessments to align structure and culture with long-term business goals
- Manage succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and creating personalized career development roadmaps
- Oversee school and academic partnership programs
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and implement data-driven engagement initiatives based on employee surveys and feedback
- Act as a change agent during organizational transitions, ensuring employees are properly supported and informed
- Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to design reward and recognition programs that promote a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture
