The ideal candidate's goal is partner success and retention. You act as the dedicated business consultant for a portfolio of 20-30 Third-Party Center Owners. Your mandate is to ensure their centers are profitable, their technology is compliant, and their confidence in 51Talk remains high so they expand their seat capacity.
Responsibilities
1. Operational Health Checks (Quality Assurance)
- Conduct monthly visits to check facility standards
- Proactively identify problems and solutions that may affect the teaching and learning experience from their centers.
- Enforce the 51Talk standards.
2. Relationship Management (Retention)
- First point of escalation for inquiries, system issues, or operational concerns.
- Review the center's performance metrics with the owner monthly.
- Gather owners in your region for quarterly Kapihan (coffee) sessions to share best practices and build a sense of belonging.
3. Expansion
- Capacity Planning: Identify high-performing centers and pitch the Expansion Plan
- Ensure the Partner is renewing their lease and upgrading hardware on time.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Account Management, Franchise Support, or SME Consulting. Experience managing B2B clients is a plus.
- Must have Consultative Mindset; ability to guide business owners how to succeed.
- Tech literate be able to explain and guide non-tech owner on their technical requirements.
- Willing to travel 50-70% of the time within your assigned region.
