Your Role:

To assist the Senior Sales Team in managing project and bid workflows. This role is central to ensuring that bids, proposals, and project information are properly captured, updated, and coordinated across departments.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of engineering knowledge, sales experience, and strong Salesforce skills, enabling them to understand technical project details while supporting the sales cycle from initial bid request through project updates.

This role is focused on sales operations support not administrative support and requires someone who is analytical, organized, and effective at cross-team communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new projects and bid requests in Salesforce based on direction from the Senior Sales Team. Prepare bid documents by compiling and formatting estimate details provided by the Project Estimator.
  • Update existing projects, opportunities, and bid statuses in Salesforce as project information changes.
  • Contact and communicate with General Contractors to gather project updates, timelines, and missing details.
  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Salesforce records across all sales activities.
  • Assist the Sales Team with technical sales support tasks, including documentation, project tracking, and follow-up.
  • oordinate with the Estimator, Project Management, and Sales leadership to ensure smooth project handoffs.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field
  • Sales backgroundexperience supporting business development, sales operations, or client-facing teams.

Preferred skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or any other CRM platform (opportunity management, bid tracking, reporting, and project updates). - strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, or multi-family project workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, especially when interacting with General Contractors and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under tight timelines.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
