Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Account Manager located at Quezon City in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding clients needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. As a key point of contact, the Account Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in account management, client relationship building, and identifying business needs.
  • Ability to create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Application Solutions, CRM systems, and IT project implementation is highly preferred.
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in the ICT industry or familiarity with business processes in Financials, Logistics, and Distribution is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience is also considered.
