Job Summary:

Serves as the primary relationship manager for traditional trust clients, overseeing client onboarding, account management, and the achievement of business volume and income targets while ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and internal bank requirements. Builds and maintains strong client partnerships, collaborates with bank sales teams to identify growth opportunities, monitors account performance, and delivers exceptional client service by addressing needs, resolving issues, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts a central point person and is responsible for the over-all relationship management with traditional trust clients
  • Responsible for the volume & income targets for traditional trust business
  • Responsible for the evaluation & onboarding of new traditional trust clients
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet profitability quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics an prepare reports on account status
  • Ensures adherence of the account management activities to the terms of the contract, internal bank policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with bank sales partners to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Role Exposure:

  • Become well-versed in the trust banking industry
  • Understand how trust products work and how this can help clients
  • Discover future opportunities in Financial Markets Sector and Trust Banking Group

Qualifications:

  • With at least three years of relevant work experience in trust banking and account management
  • Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with Bank's products and services
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Candidates with TCP and SEC Fixed Income Market Salesmen certifications are highly preferred
