Account Director / Account Manager
Position Summary
The Account Director / Account Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and sustainability of Socium's client portfolio. This individual will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients, identifying and developing new hiring opportunities within established accounts, and reactivating dormant clients to maximize business potential.
The role is primarily focused on account retention, account expansion, and revenue generation from existing partnerships, while also contributing to lead generation and strategic new client acquisition initiatives.
