Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assists in the retention of assigned Key Accounts by providing timely support, updates, and solutions to client inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinates with internal departments (Actuarial, Claims, Medical, etc.) to address client concerns and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
- Gathers data and assists in the preparation of renewal proposals, benefit summaries, and other client-facing materials based on guidance from the Account Lead or Manager.
- Ensures the completeness and accuracy of documents prior to endorsement to the appropriate superior or approver.
- Provides inputs on pricing and benefit package proposals by consolidating client feedback and aligning with internal pricing guidelines.
- Escalates benefit design or pricing concerns to the appropriate approver or supervisor for proper disposition.
- Maintains accurate records of client interactions, proposal status, and other relevant data using CRM tools (e.g., SAP C4C).
- Supports the team in tracking utilization trends and preparing client utilization reports, as required.
- Assists in the scheduling and facilitation of client presentations, meetings, and benefit orientations.
- Builds positive working relationships with clients and ensures consistent follow-through on deliverables and commitments.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in the HMO, healthcare, insurance, or other service-oriented industries.
- Experience in handling corporate clients or key accounts, including client inquiries, requests, and service concerns.
- Exposure to account renewals, proposal preparation, benefit packages, pricing, and utilization reports is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Actuarial, Claims, Medical, Operations, and other support departments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as SAP C4C or similar platforms, is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consolidate information and client feedback.
- Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy, documentation, and data completeness.
- Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple client requirements and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively with different internal departments and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates client focus, professionalism, accountability, and strong follow-through.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of HMO products, benefit structures, pricing guidelines, utilization, and account management processes.
