Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading global producer of industrial minerals in their search for a Account Manager based in [Location(s)].

Salary Range: 75,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Makati

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement development programs and targets, focusing on new product introduction to existing customers and products to new customers within the assigned territory and timeline.
  • Gather and communicate information on the market's activities, customer business outlook, and general market trends to the relevant manager.
  • Execute defined sales strategies and conduct market surveys for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface, establishing and nurturing strong business relationships.
  • Negotiate sales terms and align business development strategies with the customer's future direction.
  • Monitor achievement of sales and development targets, proactively addressing any gaps.
  • Identify customer technical concerns, evaluate, and recommend appropriate courses of action to the supervisor.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate rolling sales forecasts as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process.
  • Assist in principal-customer visits, coordinating logistics, preparing background reports, and finalizing visit reports promptly.
  • Define necessary support for assigned customers to generate sales.
  • Attend technical training and trade shows as required.
  • Assess customer financial conditions to recommend credit limits and payment terms.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Customer Service to ensure timely collection of accounts receivables and minimize financial risk.
  • Professionally and tactfully manage customer complaints through investigation and resolution, coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Logistics) and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare various reports (customer visits, principal updates, trip reports) using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Prepare weekly/periodical highlights, monthly rolling forecasts, sales/status reports, and the annual Sales Plan for assigned accounts and products.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years Sales experience in an Industrial business environment (B2B);
  • Preferably with network and exposure in road project, foundation building etc..
  • Computer literate - MS Office/ Lotus Notes/ SAP
  • Good knowledge of the Quality Management Systems and the Opus Claim process.
