Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager with 45 years of experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account handling and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing clients in the staffing industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal recruitment teams.
  • Understand client hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to meet client SLAs and hiring targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts (cross-selling & upselling).
  • Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and governance calls.
  • Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and client satisfaction levels.
  • Resolve client escalations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on account status, hiring metrics, and revenue performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 45 years of experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry (IT/Non-IT staffing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts and meeting revenue targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and CRM tools.
