Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Cavite. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. Daily tasks include managing accounts, developing sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams, achieving sales targets, and providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders. The role also involves identifying client needs and advising on suitable services or solutions to drive client success and retention.

- Proven experience in account management, sales, and client servicing
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address client needs and challenges
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
