Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager based in Singapore, with opportunities for some remote work. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, developing tailored strategies, and ensuring seamless project execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating internal resources, overseeing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns. The role also involves identifying opportunities for client growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build strong client relationships.
  • Project coordination and organisational abilities to handle budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop creative solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with marketing or advertising campaigns and industry knowledge in creative agency processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and project management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
