Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager who will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a passion for building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
