Job Description
We're on the lookout for a talented Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering strategic results.
- Location: Makati City
- Setup: Onsite
Key responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and client stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Drive revenue and margin growth
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience in IT services
- at least 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and delivery processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
