Role Description

AllCard Inc. is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team. This on-site position, based in Quezon City, requires managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning to drive ongoing business growth.

Qualifications
  • Client Relationship Management and Account Management experience
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Organizational, Project Management, and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Knowledge of Software Development Processes, Card Systems, or Payment Solutions is an advantage
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in Technology or Card Solutions industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
