Job Summary
The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts for Lotto system deployment, gaming terminals, and related services provided to PCSO-accredited outlets and partners. The role focuses on account profitability, service-level delivery, operational excellence, and strict compliance with PCSO regulations and gaming standards.
Key Account Management
- Manage assigned key accounts such as but not limited to Mercury Drug, Petron, 7/11, Dali, Shell, Caltex, Puregold, SM Malls, Robinsons Retail, Generica and others including Lotto outlet operators and institutional partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and PCSO representatives.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive account servicing and issue resolution.
Sales Growth & Account Expansion
- Identify opportunities for terminal deployment, outlet expansion, and value-added services.
- Develop account plans to drive volume, revenue, and long-term partnerships.
- Support negotiations, contract renewals, and service-level agreements.
Operational & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with IT, field service, and technical support teams for installation, maintenance, and upgrades of Lotto systems.
- Monitor system uptime, transaction accuracy, and incident resolution.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales performance, system usage, and account profitability.
- Prepare regular performance, compliance, and service reports for management.
- Analyze trends and recommend operational or commercial improvements.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with outlet owners, operators, and PCSO field offices.
- Represent the company in coordination meetings, training sessions, and briefings.
- Support marketing, trade promotions, and outlet visibility programs (PCSO-approved).
