Company Description An importation and distribution company, we specialize in providing retreading materials, automotive and motorcycle tire products, and tire repair tools and consumables. Our customers operate in logistics, aggregates, construction, and mining, where safety, reliability, and uptime are critical. We focus on delivering high-quality, durable products that help clients extend tire life and optimize fleet performance. Team members collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational needs and recommend cost-effective solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Bacolod. The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customers in logistics, aggregates, construction, and mining by maintaining regular communication, understanding operational needs, and recommending suitable tire and retreading solutions. Daily responsibilities include visiting client sites, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and monitoring deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The role also involves managing account performance, handling inquiries and issues, tracking credit and collections in coordination with the finance team, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The Account Manager will actively seek new business opportunities, participate in product presentations or demos, and provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement of products and services.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles, ideally in automotive, industrial, or B2B distribution environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple accounts, tracking orders, and meeting sales targets.
  • Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting, including use of spreadsheets, CRM tools, or sales tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of tires, retreading, or related products is an advantage; willingness to learn technical product details is essential.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel to customer locations in and around Bacolod as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle for client visits is preferred.
