Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications.
- 35 years of account servicing experience in an advertising or creative agency.
- Solid understanding of ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print), BTL (events, activations, promos),
and Digital marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Workamajig, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of media and digital performance metrics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers and marketing teams.
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs for the agency.
- Ensure client expectations are managed effectively and deliverables meet agreed standards.
- Campaign & Project Execution
- Manage day-to-day execution of ATL, BTL, and Digital campaigns.
- Write and deliver clear and concise briefs to Creative, Digital, Strategy, and Production teams.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets; escalate risks when needed.
- Work with project/traffic managers to keep campaigns on track.
- Ensure seamless integration across all touchpoints from TV, radio, print,
OOH to activations, events, and digital platforms.
- Financial Management
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure approvals are obtained.
- Monitor project profitability in coordination with Finance.
- Track billing and collections for assigned projects.
- Support the Senior Account Manager/Director in revenue forecasting.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Partner with Creative and Strategy to deliver impactful solutions.
- Work with Digital teams to ensure campaigns leverage performance and
platform best practices.
- Coordinate with Production/Procurement for BTL activations and third-party
vendor requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely billing and accurate reporting.
- Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular status reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Track KPIs and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support quarterly business reviews with data, case studies, and success metrics.
- Team Support & Development
- Mentor Account Executives and support their growth.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices in client servicing.
- Provide feedback upward on account challenges and opportunities.
