Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Management Specialist located in Mactan, Cebu. The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client needs, maintaining ongoing communication with clients, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and addressing any client inquiries or issues promptly.
