Job Description

At Wave Creative Group, our Accounts team bridges clients with our creative force to deliver impactful campaigns. We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive to support client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and contribute to the agency's growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support Client Relationships – Assist in maintaining strong client partnerships, manage day-to-day inquiries, and help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate Projects – Work with internal teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met. Track progress, organize meetings, and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Boost Business Development – Assist in identifying opportunities to grow accounts, support pitch preparations, and track business development activities.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Ensure clear communication between clients and creatives, provide administrative support during shoots or client meetings, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Grow with Us – Stay updated on industry trends, continuously learn, and take initiative in developing your skills.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination in an agency is preferred (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with marketing/advertising concepts and project management tools is a plus.
