Job Description

Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, effective account management, and market-driven trading strategies, while ensuring high client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans

  • Successfully create business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts

  • Build a pipeline of prospects through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through customized solutions and responsive client support

  • Manage complex negotiations with clients and suppliers, including pricing, terms, and contracts

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trading opportunities to optimize sales performance

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and market insight reports

  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior

Requirements

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Results oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of trading practices, commodity markets, or industry specific regulations is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
