About the role

Caretap is hiring an Account Executive to own the demo-to-close sales cycle. You will ensure

prospects attend scheduled demos, deliver high-impact product presentations, manage

follow-ups, and close deals with healthcare provider organizations.

This role is ideal for a consultative SaaS seller who can translate workflows into value and move

opportunities forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm attendance for scheduled demos and reduce no-show rates
  • Conduct structured, outcome-focused product demonstrations
  • Identify decision-makers and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Run disciplined post-demo follow-ups and maintain deal momentum
  • Present pricing and close opportunities
  • Track pipeline activity accurately in CRM
  • Maintain reliable revenue forecasts
  • Partner with SDRs, onboarding, and product teams to improve conversions
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Minimum qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS or B2B solution sales
  • Experience delivering live product demos
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Preferred qualifications

Experience selling to:

  • Home care agencies
  • Behavioral health providers
  • ABA therapy organizations
  • NEMT providers
  • Interpreter & translation companies

OR experience selling:

  • EVV platforms
  • Billing software
  • Scheduling systems
  • Compliance workflows
  • Healthcare SaaS solutions
