Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Executive based in Las Pias. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new leads, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new high-value accounts in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients with medium-scale freight and cargo needs.
  • Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations tailored to client logistics requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and strategic account planning to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and finance to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior account executives as needed, promoting a high-performance sales culture.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and sales reports in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and industry networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 45 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B industries
  • Proven track record in handling medium to large accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of cargo operations, warehousing, trucking, and freight solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy, with strong skills in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer relationship management skills
  • With valid driver's license, willing to travel to client sites when needed
