About The Role
We are seeking a high-performing,
hunter-minded Account Executive based in the
Southeast Asia (SEA) region to expand MTech Systems presence in this fast-growing market.
This role is focused on
new business acquisition, helping producers modernize operations by transitioning from paper-based or spreadsheet workflows to MTech's cloud-based solutions. You will own the full sales cycle and partner closely with a Sales Engineer and global stakeholders to drive revenue growth through consultative selling.
What You'll Do
- Drive new logo acquisition across key SEA markets (Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and surrounding regions)
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, managing complex, consultative deals
- Build strong customer relationships through onsite visits, industry events, and ongoing engagement
- Deliver value-based presentations to decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Travel up to 50% within the SEA region
What We're Looking For (MustHaves)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluency in English (additional regional languages a plus)
- Proven hunter mentality with strong consultative selling skills
- Experience navigating complex or multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, global environment
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Background in agriculture, poultry, animal protein, or agri-tech
- Experience selling software or technology solutions
- Familiarity with ERP systems, farm automation, or digital production tools
