We are urgently seeking an Account Executive to support NKR's lead generation and outbound sales efforts. The candidate must have strong English communication skills, experience in virtual/remote selling, and proficiency with CRM platforms and lead-tracking tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify potential leads via LinkedIn, industry directories, and outbound campaigns.
- Cold Outreach and Sales Engagement: Initiate and manage outbound communication via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging to introduce NKR's services. Your goal is to generate interest, overcome objections, and secure qualified sales calls.
- Pipeline and CRM Management: Accurately log all lead activity, outreach efforts, and follow-ups in the CRM. Ensure the sales pipeline is consistently updated and organized to reflect the latest stage of each lead or opportunity.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building: Act as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Handle inquiries, share relevant service details, and build strong, trust-based relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Sales Enablement & Follow-Ups: Create and deliver tailored sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and follow-up messaging. Ensure communication is clear, value-driven, and aligned with the prospect's pain points and goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report weekly on KPIs such as outreach volume, response rate, scheduled meetings, and conversions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align lead quality, messaging, and service packages.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation (preferably remote or B2B).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and direct outreach. (Must not be reliant on scripts)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (specifically Zoho).
- Results-driven mindset and ability to meet quotas or targets.
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time
Compensation:
Starting Salary: PHP 25,000 NET
Commission: 5% of the value of each annual contractclosed, paid out monthly as part of the commission dividend.
