Our mission is to collaborate closely with hospitality operators to optimize operations, boost revenue, and elevate guest experience using cutting-edge technology.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full Time dynamic Account Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships within the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for running product demos, delivering compelling sales pitches, handling objections, making cold calls to potential clients, and closing new deals. Your role will be crucial in expanding our customer base and ensuring the successful adoption of menumiz solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Make cold calls to prospective clients and present menumiz's products and benefits.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to potential client concerns.
  • Develop and send proposals, negotiate terms, and close new deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menumiz products and features, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and market insights.

CRM & Reporting

  • Accurately record sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven B2B sales experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
  • Cold calling skills
  • Experience working with hospitality customers, such as restaurants, cafés, and hotels.
  • Experience working in hospitality technology is a plus
  • Strong ability to identify commercial opportunities and close sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Experience managing KPIs and revenue targets.

The role will be working fully remote in the Philippines, following Australian business hours.
