Job Description

DUTIES

  • Effectively work with multiple accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients on project concerns & needs.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/recommendations according to customer needs.
  • Continuously build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings and client needs to better upsell and create project recommendations to clients.
  • Actively participate in regular meetings with team members to review project progress and explore improvement opportunities.
  • Generate progress reports as required by clients and senior leadership.
  • Forecast and track account metrics and KPI/KRA.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge and trends.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in Sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • A deep understanding of Out-of-Home and Digital Out-of-Home (OOH / DOOH) platforms is a definite advantage but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels with ability to multi-task.
  • Organized and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with common customer success and relationship management software like Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Skills in using MS Office applications.
