Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila and is responsible for managing and growing client relationships for iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. This role involves understanding client business needs, presenting tailored digital service solutions, and ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing account management. The Account Executive will coordinate with internal delivery, operations, and technical teams to align service performance with client expectations and resolve issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and presentations, tracking account performance, reporting on key metrics, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. The role also requires regular client communication, participation in review meetings, and contributing feedback to improve processes and service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management and account management skills, including experience handling multiple stakeholders and complex accounts.
  • Solid sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a proven capacity to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Understanding of digital services, IT operations, or technology-enabled business solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze account performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients is an advantage, particularly in a B2B digital or technology services environment.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and resilience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting on-site in Metro Manila.
