Account Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will work with warm leads generated through our door-to-door sales efforts, as well as conduct outbound calls to prospective customers. The goal is to connect with customers, understand their needs, sell DirecTV services, and identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services.

This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, who speaks excellent English, and is comfortable taking initiative to turn leads into sales. Training on DirecTV products, systems, and the sales process will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads generated through U.S. door-to-door sales activities.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present DirecTV and cable service options based on customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or packages.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns or objections.
• Guide customers through the sales process and complete orders accurately.
• Process orders using DirecTV's SARA Plus order processing system.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Follow established sales procedures and compliance requirements.
• Consistently follow up with leads and work toward daily sales goals.

Requirements

• Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.
• Previous sales, telemarketing, outbound calling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers throughout the day.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales.
• Motivated by sales targets and performance goals.
• Able to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote-work setup.
• Able to remain available and responsive during scheduled working hours.
