Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide tailored advertising solutions, and oversee the end-to-end sales process. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, ensuring campaign objectives are met, and preparing reports on campaign performance. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, as well as driving customer satisfaction, will be integral to the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution and Team Work: Provides direct support to Senior Account Managers in managing accounts while fostering good collaboration with other departments, including creative, operations, and technical teams. This campaign management role helps Account Executives develop their account management skills, identify business needs, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Needs Analysis & Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business objectives, challenges, and marketing goals. Develop customized digital marketing solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing communication and support. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, social media, and industry events. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Proposal Development & Presentation: Create compelling and professional sales proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our agency's services. Confidently present proposals to prospective clients, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Closing Deals & Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Manage the contract process from initiation to execution.
  • Sales Pipeline Management (Input - Data): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, within the system. Regularly report on sales progress and pipeline health.Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management, account handling, and business development.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and Search Engine Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with current marketing trends and digital advertising best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a digital marketing or advertising agency, is preferred.
