Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with Creative and Strategy teams to maintain smooth workflows and collaboration.
• Handle client communications, proposals, budgets, contracts, SLAs, campaign updates, and performance reports.
• Build strong client relationships through regular meetings, feedback gathering, retention efforts, and account growth.
• Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and improve internal processes and team efficiency.
• Support pitches and business development by preparing proposals, presentations, solutions, budgets, and KPIs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across social media, digital media, search advertising, and web development.
• Generate leads, engage prospects, and develop referral opportunities to support agency growth
