Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions to potential clients. The role also involves maintaining strong client satisfaction, participating in networking events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales and Client Management skills, including relationship building, prospecting, and account management.
• Business Development and Market Research skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills for effectively conveying ideas, proposals, and solutions to clients.
• Problem-Solving and Negotiation skills to address client concerns, close deals, and deliver solutions that align with client needs.
• Proficiency with relevant CRM tools and software platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the software or technology industry, is highly desired.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
