This role combines sales leadership and technical skill to build client relationships, deliver effective solutions, and support projects from proposal through completion
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential clients and generate leads.
- Create proposals and quotations that drive profitable outcomes
- Present products and demonstrations to clients.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Prepare sales reports and manage the pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- PRC License (preferred but not required)
- 37 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project-based selling
- Strong background in engineering or construction industry sales
