We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team with invoice processing, expense verification, and monthly client billing. You'll help ensure all technician paperwork, expenses, and invoices are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
What You'll Do:
- Check and process technicians timesheets and expense reports.
- Verify approvals, exchange rates, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing client invoices and billing reports.
- Help track and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Support credit control and follow up on outstanding payments.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- 13 years of accounting or finance support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting practices is a plus.
