Role Description

We are seeking a qualified AC Technical Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. The AC Technical Supervisor will oversee and manage technical teams, provide technical support for air conditioning systems, and ensure timely and efficient servicing. Responsibilities include supervising operations, monitoring team performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Management capabilities to effectively lead and oversee team operations.
• Proven Analytical Skills for identifying technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills for implementing product training and coordinating with teams and clients effectively.
• Experience in Technical Support, particularly in air conditioning systems or related fields, is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain consistent standards of safety and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar technical or supervisory role is advantageous.
