IT Service Management
Promote adherence to ITIL framework in delivering IT services.
Ensure high availability in IT Infrastructure to provide maximum performance to the Centre.
Champion Scrum and Agile Methodologies and Release Process in the IT organization.
Establish the IT Infrastructure environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
Maximise network performance by monitoring performance, managing network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimisation
Undertake data network fault investigations in local and global wide area network environments, using information from multiple sources
Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
Report network operational status by gathering and prioritising information and managing projects
Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases and optimise the network capabilities at the most effective way
Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centres
Liaise with project teams, regional and service desk engineers on a regular basis
Continual Service Improvement
Ensure IT compliance to applicable policies and regulations
Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current technology environment
Improve the center's Information Security posture by leveraging global tools and standards.
Working together with the IT Leadership, contribute in overall IT service management strategy and budget
Lead and manage large and complex IT projects, collaborating closely with other technical team and Business partners - ensure proper project monitoring to deliver on time and within budget
Ensure the team stays motivated, helps resolve conflicts and able to make timely decisions as needed to keep the project on-track
Others
Be flexible and adaptable to change as the Company may require, from time to time, for you to attend to tasks - other than those described above but within your capabilities and skill sets, to meet the reasonable needs of the business.
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Engineering, Operations other Computer or technical related disciplines
At least (8) years experience as Manager level in an IT function including but not limited to Service Management, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Network, Cloud, Telephony, Project Management, and Agile framework.
Must have applicable experience in IT due diligence, IT and business process integration and separation planning and implementation, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth, or other relevant operational experience--experience in Internal Audit - IT, Risk Assurance - IT may be considered too
Strong communication skills in English (day to-day work would be in English)
Strong knowledge of:
ServiceNow Administration
Nework Support for SDWAN, LAN, WAN, GWAN, and VoIP.
Cloud IAAS and SAAS.
Network design and implementation
Meraki, Cisco and Palo Alto products
Project Management
Agile and Scrum
IT Security (Patching, Vulnerability Management)
Global BPO Experience
IT Infrastructure setup for new office build-out

Ability to understand complex business scenarios and offer effective solutions, including negotiation
Be able to demonstrate resilience and manage conflicts positively
Strong attention to detail
Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a high pressure deals environment
Team player exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent understanding of customer service with a strong sense of customer focus
Experience in developing and managing detailed project plans
Able to clearly articulate technical concepts to IT and Business people
Proficiency in Windows 7, MS Office 2010 Visio, and Google Tools
Experience with Lotus Notes is desirable
Experience in video conferencing, IOS and Android devices will be looked upon highly
Self-starter who is able to work independently and flexible to work outside office hours, if required
Applies commercial and technical expertise by staying up to date in industry standard
Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and able to manage tasks simultaneously
