As part of the People Operations team you lead the strategy, implementation, and management of HR information systems across the organization. As a Manager, you guide and support a team of Senior Associates, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation while driving the delivery of HRIS solutions that enhance the employee experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge technology, and make a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, coach and guide a team of Senior Associates providing advice, training, development and performance feedback to deliver HR Information Systems (HRIS) that improve the employee experience.
- Guide and support the team in delivering local and global HRIS business as usual (BAU) and projects including system implementations, upgrades, and process optimization initiatives within PwC's global eco-system where platforms and configuration are managed by global teams.
- Oversee functional configuration, testing, and deployment of HRIS systems such as Workday, Phenom (Talent Acquisition CRM) and pre-employment Background Checks ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Supervise management of Workday EIBs (data loads) and other integrations covering areas such as job and compensation changes, absences, payroll schedule, and firm structure updates.
- Oversee and facilitate testing and rollout of system enhancements and new applications in a timely way to ensure project/system upgrade deadlines are met.
- Oversee ServiceNow triage processes for HRIS-related technical support requests, operating as Tier 3 resolution of complex cases and participate in Connected Team Operational Reviews with Onshore team members meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements) when defined and implemented.
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration
- 7 years of experience in HRIS roles
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
