The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Talent Strategy team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful talent initiatives. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are expected to drive business growth, shape client engagements, and mentor the future leaders, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 8 years of Human Capital experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
