ABA Quality Assurance Specialist

Great ABA therapy starts with great documentation.

We're looking for an ABA Quality Assurance Specialist who notices the small details others miss, communicates with professionalism, and helps keep clinical documentation accurate, compliant, and organized.

If you enjoy reviewing records, solving inconsistencies, supporting teams, and creating smoother processes, this role is for you.

You won't just review paperwork.

You'll help protect the quality of care families receive every day.

What You'll Do

• Review ABA session notes and clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify missing information, documentation concerns, or inconsistencies and follow up with the appropriate team members
• Support BCBAs and staff with professional, constructive feedback
• Help maintain high standards for documentation quality and ABA best practices
• Analyze data related to documentation and QA processes
• Collaborate with both clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows
• Ensure documentation aligns with company policies and compliance standards
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and empathy

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in the ABA field is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable reviewing clinical and technical documentation
• Ability to provide supportive and professional feedback
• Experience with quality assurance, compliance, or documentation review is a plus
• BCBA or RBT background is a plus
• Experience using ABA software or EMR systems is preferred
