Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Case Manager Assistant to support our case management team. This role involves assisting with administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring accurate tracking of sessions, maintaining records, and supporting insurance-related processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with specialized systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Case Manager with tracking client sessions and appointments
- Review and organize case notes for accuracy and completeness
- Support insurance verification and documentation processes
- Maintain and update client records in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely case updates
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support, case management, or healthcare-related roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with CentralReach and Brillium
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, email, document management)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in behavioral health, ABA, or similar healthcare settings
- Familiarity with insurance processes and documentation
