Your Role
As a Level 2 IT Support, you are responsible for:
● Answering the support phone during business hours (Monday to Friday)
● Monitoring support e-mails and service desk queue and actively working on customer issues to
● resolution
● Carrying out daily/weekly health checks and preventative maintenance on customer environments
● Carrying out mini-projects for new client on-boarding, server migrations, major software updates, migrations to Office365, etc.
● Escalating issues that you can't resolve to senior engineers or vendors.
● Updating documentation on customer environments
Top Competencies:
● 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment as an IT Support Engineer
● Phone Calls and Emails, Remote Support, Escalation
● Experience in any Ticketing System
● Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Windows OS Professional Editions, MS Office software
● Experience with Microsoft365, Intune, MDM, Endpoint Protection, Azure
● An understanding of networking; DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
● High attention to detail
● Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
