Our client is a market innovator in one-piece, easy-to-install shower pans that come pre-pitched with integrated curbs, entrances, splash walls, and PVC drains. They also offer complementary products such as shelves, benches, niches, and ledges. All products are Ready to Tile, allowing installers to set tiles directly onto the leak-proof surface.
Their mission is to simplify the shower selection and installation process. Their solutions are engineered to streamline residential and institutional shower projects for building professionals and contractors, saving both time and labor while delivering an affordable, high-quality, and customizable shower solution to customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Product Visualizer & Video Content Creator to serve as a cornerstone of our marketing and product visualization efforts. This role is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical engineering precision and high-level creative artistry. You will be responsible for creating the beauty shots and product visualizations that represent our brand across all digital and print media, ensuring every render looks like a high-end photograph rather than a computer-generated image.
Work hours: Preference for EST (US Eastern Standard Time); however, a mid-shift schedule (Philippine afternoon/evening) is open for consideration for the right candidate

What you'll do
3D Visualization & Creative Artistry
- Photorealistic Rendering: Create high-quality beauty and product shots for print, websites, and digital media, with a focus on realism, lighting, textures, and color balancing (e.g., chrome and brushed nickel finishes)
- Creative Environment Building: Go beyond basic modeling by adding lifestyle elements (e.g., plants, room decor) to bathroom environments to create more engaging, realistic visuals.
- Technical Modeling: Use AutoCAD and Autodesk Maya to model building material products based on technical specifications and maintain a large existing library of 3D assets.
- Competitive Awareness: Proactively research competitor designs and stay updated on the latest 3D technologies or Maya add-ons to keep the company's visual output ahead of the industry.
Video Production & Editing
- Social Media Content: Focus primarily on short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Content Repurposing: Take existing long-form (58 minute) technical installation videos and chop them up into engaging, bite-sized clips for digital marketing
- Full-Cycle Editing: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce polished, high-engagement video assets.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to translate features into compelling visuals.
- Ensure all assets meet brand standards and accurately reflect product engineering
What You Bring
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Technical Software Mastery: Hard requirement for expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Maya and AutoCAD. Mastery of Maya is essential for maintaining file compatibility with our extensive existing library.
- Video Editing Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- The 50/50 Skillset: The ability to balance a workload that is split equally between 3D design/rendering and video editing.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity 3D beauty shots of building materials or interior environments, alongside social media-ready video content
- Full-Time Commitment: This role requires a dedicated, 100% full-time undertaking; candidates cannot have other full-time clients or side-projects
