About The Role
We are looking for a
talented 3D Interior Renderer with a strong design eye to help visualize
high-end luxury interiors for a large residential development in Florida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
bringing elegant interior spaces to life through beautiful, photorealistic renderings. You will work closely with our team to translate
architectural drawings, design concepts, and premium materials into sophisticated visualizations that help guide design decisions before construction.
Typical spaces include
hallways, kitchens, bar areas, staircases, bedrooms, bathrooms, and luxury amenity spaces.
We're especially interested in candidates who understand
luxury interiors how to combine colors, materials, lighting, textures, and architectural details to create refined spaces.Experience working on
high-end villas or luxury residential interiors in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.) is a strong advantage, as these projects often share a similar level of design sophistication.
This is a
remote part-time role (10 hours per week) for approximately
4 months, with potential for ongoing collaboration.
Timezone: Must overlap with US Eastern Time for at least 2 hours daily

What You'll Do
Create
photorealistic 3D renderings of luxury interior spaces based on architectural drawings and design direction.
Visualize High-end Interiors Such As
- Lobby and amenity areas
- Kitchens and bar spaces
- Staircases and feature walls
- Bathrooms and adjacent rooms
Apply
premium materials and finishes including stone, marble, wood, metals, and custom millwork.
Use your
design eye to combine
colors, materials, textures, and lighting to produce refined and elegant interiors.
Set up
camera views, lighting, and compositions that best showcase the design.
Create
35 high-quality renderings per space, with optional 360 views or short walkthrough animations.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and maintain
clean, organized files and material libraries.
What We're Looking For
Strong Interior Rendering Skills
Experience creating
high-quality interior visualizations for architecture, interior design, or real estate projects.
Creative Design Sense
You have a
good eye for luxury interiors and can confidently mix
materials, colors, textures, and lighting.
3D Software Experience
Proficiency in one or more:
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Blender
- Revit
Rendering Engines
Experience With Tools Such As
- V-Ray
- Corona
- Enscape

Post Production
Strong skills in
Adobe Photoshop for finishing renders.
Architectural Drawing Understanding
Ability to read
plans, elevations, and interior design drawings.
Materials & Lighting
Experience applying
realistic materials (PBR workflows) and creating natural lighting with
sun/sky systems or HDRI.
Preferred Experience (Big Plus)
Candidates with experience working on
luxury residential or hospitality projects are strongly preferred.

Middle East luxury projects is particularly valuable, including:
