What Youll Do:
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and renderings for real estate projects from interiors and exteriors to full environments.
- Work closely with Project Managers, the Head of Production, and fellow artists to align with project timelines and creative vision.
- Attend regular project meetings to discuss progress, feedback, and upcoming deliverables.
- Build storyboards and pre-visualizations to showcase real estate concepts in engaging, client-ready formats.
- Visualize architectural plans and bring floor plans, buildings, and communities to life.
- Maintain a high level of detail and realism in every asset, from materials to lighting and atmosphere.
- Troubleshoot technical and artistic issues as they arise during production.
- Take on additional creative tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Head of Operations.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Strong background in 3D modeling and rendering ideally with experience in architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such in modeling and rendering.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A solid portfolio showcasing realistic 3D visualizations (preferably real estate-related).
- Team player mindset with the ability to take direction and run with it.
