About The Client
Realserve is an Australian-owned company, which offers progression and diversity. They specialize in floor plans, lettable area surveys, detailed plans, and land surveying in both Revit and AutoCAD for the commercial property industry in Australia and New Zealand. As a leader in this field and due to continued growth, they currently seek a Junior Draftsperson to their team in the Philippines and provide drafting services to their Australian offices.
About The Role
As a Draftsperson, you will be accurately producing 2D documentation with AutoCAD or 3D models using Revit. You will be provided with measurement data captured out on site along with photos for you to then prepare 3D models or floorplan drawings of those buildings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed studies in Building Design or Architectural Technology
- Recent graduate of relevant drafting course
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Experience in Revit and AutoCAD
- Ability to read and follow instructions and execute documentation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Work well in a team
- Carry out all tasks in a professional manner and effectively communicate with internal parties
