Responsibilities
Handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide guidance on policies, claims, and coverage
Assist clients with submissions and updates
Record all interactions accurately
Escalate complex cases to supervisors
Maintain quality and client satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on insurance systems and processes
Requirements
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Strong English communication
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven
Basic computer skills
Onsite availability in Metro Manila
