Position: AI Developer
Working Hours: Flexible schedule within US business hours but should be available for morning meetings (PST)
Hiring Company: We are a provider of 24/7 live chat and customer service teams to over 100 eCommerce brands, as well as marketing help, and even specialized roles. We launched in 2015 and have a fully remote team of 100+ employees in the Philippines (including Manager, Client Management, Sales, etc.) and a great culture.
Position Summary: As an AI Developer, you will contribute to the successful integration of ChatGPT and AI technologies into our system, enabling the development of high-quality, intelligent software applications that enhance our business processes and user experiences.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Chat Interface Development: Design and develop a chat interface to interact with ChatGPT based on our company's specific processes and data. Implement the integration of OpenAI API and Pinecone.ai for efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Troubleshooting and Creative Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to AI model interactions, data processing, and user interactions. Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during development.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Participate in daily huddles and collaborate effectively with the development team. Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adherence to Project Timeline and Budget: Deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeline and budget constraints. Provide regular progress updates to ensure transparency and alignment with expectations.

- . Proficiency in AI and Programming Technologies:
- Strong experience with AI technologies, including ChatGPT and natural language processing (NLP).
- Expertise in relevant programming languages such as Python, Java Script or others required for integration.
- Familiarity with data processing, APIs, and cloud platforms like AWS.

- Demonstrated knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and version control systems.
- Experience with development frame works and tools used in the product development industry.
